SPORT BEFORE BED TO SLEEP BETTER


 Lately even walking only for a couple of hours makes me pretty tired. 
 The bad thing is obvious. I'm just 32 for the record.

The good thing is that maybe if I do some push ups before to sleep, have a walk or worse: run... I might get tired enough to have a good sleep.


                                                      not, that's no me. I wished though 


Or make love, if I had a lover or girlfriend, but that's not gonna happen any time soon.

Just too busy for that.
