LIVING IN THE PRESENT KEEPS YOU TRAPED IN THE PAST

Most people of any age are old and old-fashion in some ways. They live invariably in the past, since technically one second ago is already the past.
The youngest handle modern technology better but they still can't imagine the future of these very technologies they use daily: smartphone, computers, the internet…

Unlike a big part of elderly really stuck in the past, younger people are stuck in the present which is already the past.
It seems that just as you can't remember the future (unlike the past) most people also can't foresee it.
They don't live in their own past but in the past of their ancestors… They have such a strong relationship with most of what they are being taught that they mostly can't get away from it. But the problem is that the world os science and technology evolves much faster than humanity thoughts.
Maybe since I was sort of cut off from my roots at an early age I am also more able to put the past and present in parantheses for a second and to envision "the next to present".
Just as the French (and any other country) live in their national bubble mainly thanks to the medias (TV, radio…), the people of the world live in a pretty "limited worldwide bubble of the past and present" from where nearly nothing can escape.

This is 3 dimensional space situated in the present which is actually the past and that's where it ends. It is endlessly static and can only me moved in shifted by the power of science, scientists and all the other people behind the curtain which are actually engeenering a better world to give the  motionless people an impression of 4th dimentional  movement into time.

Again, even though I'm also quite motionless I don't watch or follow french or any kind of news. It might keep me ignorant of the present but it enables me to think about something deeper than what will soon be history anyway
